We are now offering induction heat treating for small components and custom machining for precision components specializing in micro bore applications.
When EDM finish just won’t cut it or when length to bore diameter ratios seems impossible, give us a try.

  • .015 Bore up to 35 x Diameter
  • .030 Bore up to 75 x Diameter
  • .010 Bore up to 10 x Diameter

Sub micron finish available on all our machined bores. All in house process.
